- Expression of Interest are invited for Upgrade of the Burkina Faso trade Single Window SYLVIE. SYLVIE is an electronic platform launched in 2016 with the support of the World Bank and which allows the interconnection of public and private entities that issue documents required for the clearance of goods. The World Bank Group (WBG) is looking for a consulting firm to assist SOGESY and Customs in the development of a new version of SYLVIE. The implementation will be based on the recommendations of the following main documents - the evaluation report on the SYLVIE development framework. - the updated SYLVIE business plan. - the ASYCUDA interfacing report - the report on the review of procedures on SYLVIE or impacting the scope.
