- NaturAfricAO is a regional program in West Africa financed by the NDICI cooperation instrument, to the tune of 41 million euros. Its objective is to protect and enhance the priority cross-border conservation landscapes of West Africa for the benefit of the populations. Eachlandscape will be the subject of a specific commitment with a Delegation of the European Union as contracting authority. This service contract is aimed at the general coordination of the Financing Agreement established with UEMOA and assistance in the management of projects and contracts charged to the CF NaturAfricAO. Specific studies, capacity building and a communication plan will be part of the service requested. The coordination of activities and relations with other EU programs and with regional and national authorities is also targeted. For this future contract, itthe recruitment of four (4) key experts is envisaged.
