- Tenders are invited for Studies (APS, APD, ESIA) for the construction of Five (5) Faecal Sludge Treatment Stations (STBV) and Their Implementation and Management Methods - PHEPA-8P. The services provided for under this contract include: (i) Establishing an inventory of faecal sludge management (BV) and a market analysis (Supply/Demand) of the sector in the 05 rural communes; (ii) Propose the selection criteria and the choice of the dumping site; (ii) Propose variants of faecal sludge treatment facilities and technologies in the 05 rural communes; (iv) carry out summary preliminary design (APS) and detailed preliminary design (APD) studies, together with economic and financial analyzes for the construction of a controlled dumping site for the treatment and recovery of faecal sludge in each of the 05 municipalities; (v) carry out environmental and social impact studies together with an environmental and social management plan, possibly including the resettlement action plan (if necessary); (vi) prepare the bidding documents for the execution of the works for each municipality on the basis of the detailed design studies carried out.
