  • Expression of Interest are invited for Pre-Selection of One (01) Agri-Food Expertise Firm for Monitoring Deliveries and Controlling the Quantities and Quality of Food for Post-Primary, Secondary and Catering for Displaced Candidates from the Bac, 2024 Session for the Benefit of Ministry of National Education, Literacy and Promotion of National Languages (Menapln) under the Cast-Cantines Budget, Fiscal Year 2024 The consultant will carry out his tasks in accordance with the requirements which will appear on the TOR. The services requested from the agri-food expertise firm are: following: - Carry out a preliminary inspection of the physical and sanitary condition of the stores; - Carry out the preliminary inspection of the food; - Check, by sampling, the weight of bags of rice, beans and oil cans by weighing during unloading; - Put away bags of rice, beans and cans of oil that have suffered damage; - Define weight loss and identify its causes; - Reject any bag of rice, beans and any can of oil with weights irregular and non-compliant; - Assist warehouse workers in classifying and stacking bags rice, beans and cans of oil; - Carry out the verification of the physico-chemical quality of the food by agri-food analysis of samples; - Compare analysis results to technical specifications defined with a view to retaining compliant batches; - Reject any bag of rice, beans and any container of non-compliant oil to defined technical specifications; - Gradually develop reception and expert reports (detailed reports of unloading by trucks, storage location, quantities stored and quantities rejected by type of food); - Develop a final agri-food expertise report in accordance with Standards.
