- Tenders are invited for Relating to the Selection of Service Providers for the Maintenance of Server, Storage and Backup Equipment for the UEMOA Commission The Commission of the West African Economic and Monetary Union hereby invites open call for tenders, the tenderers admitted to compete to present their offer under fold closed for the maintenance of server equipment, storage and backup of the WAEMU Commission. 3. Participation in the competition is open to all companies specializing in the domain and having the required technical capabilities. 4. The term of execution of the contract is one year. It is renewable for a maximum of two (02) times, after satisfactory performance of the services. The tenderers will attach the following administrative documents to their offer: a document certifying that the tenderer is not in any of the situations following: bankruptcy, suspension of payment and established in accordance with the legislation or the national practice of the company's country dating back less than three months; a compliant original certificate justifying that the tenderer is up to date vis-à-vis the tax authorities until the last due date on the date of submission of tenders; an original certificate from the Social Security proving that the tenderer is at day vis-à-vis the labor legislation until the last quarter due on the filing date offer; A certificate of registration in the commercial register in accordance with the legislation or the national practice of the tenderer.
