• Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a consultant to support the Project Management of Donsin Airport in updating the master plan of OuagadougouDonsin international airport. Urban Mobility and Road Safety hereby invites expression of interest, consultants interested in presenting their proposal in a closed envelope and a candidate will be selected in accordance with the provisions of article 65 of decree No. 2017- 0049/PRES/PM/MINEFID of February 1, 2017 relating to procedures for award, execution and settlement of public contracts and public service delegations. 6. Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria: - the field of activities of the candidate: being a Firm specialized in aeronautics with at least ten (10) years of experience in areas of the development of master plans or development plans for complex projects, and particularly airport construction and development projects; - the number of years of experience; - the candidate's references concerning the execution of similar contracts: having carried out at least two (02) similar services in matter of developing a master plan or development plan complex projects of similar importance during the ten (10) recent years (2013-2022) (must attach copies of cover and signature pages of contracts as well as certificates service completed or completed or validation reports). 7. A list of candidates which cannot be greater than six (06), best presenting the skills required to perform the services will be established by the contracting authority; these preselected candidates will then be invited to present their technical proposals and financial based on the Request for Proposals File (DP) which will be given to them for the performance of the required services; a candidate will be selected according to the selection method on the basis of the technical quality. 8.
