• Tenders are invited for Monitoring and Control of Supporting Infrastructure Works (06 Boreholes Equipped with Solar Pumps for the Aep (Pea), 12 Latrines Public and 06 Storage Stores for Cereals and Market Garden Products with Sheds for Husking and 06 Drying Areas) and Development of Market Gardens in Tenyende (02 Ha), in KoulwéOgo (3.5ha) and in Rapadama v5 (3.5 Ha) in the Province of Ganzourgou for the Benefit of pbab_pg. Budget maximal Lot 1: One hundred and twenty-five million (125,000,000) CFA francs excluding tax; Lot 2 : Cent millions (100 000 000) F CFA HT Lot 3: Fifty million (50,000,000) CFA francs excluding tax Participation in the market is open to legal entities (participating either individually or in a group - consortium - of bidders) eligible in accordance with point 2.2.2 of the Guide to Procurement Economic and financial capacity of the tenderer Certified annual average turnover for the last three (03) years greater than: 150,000,000 FCFA for lot 1; 100,000,000 FCFA for lot 2 75,000,000 FCFA for lot 3 have carried out at least one (01) control and surveillance mission of hydro-agricultural dam construction work of at least 1 million m3 on the period from 2021 to 2023 in an amount equal to at least one hundred and twenty-five million (125,000,000) CFA francs excluding VAT; have carried out at least one (01) control and surveillance mission of construction work on an irrigated area of at least 100 Ha over the period of 2021 to 2023 in an amount equal to at least one hundred and twenty-five million (125,000,000) CFA francs excluding VAT. a) have carried out at least one (01) control and surveillance mission of hydro-agricultural dam construction work of at least 1 million m3 over the period from 2021 to 2023 for an amount equal to at least one hundred million (100,000,000) F CFA excluding VAT; Lot 3 : have carried out at least one (01) control and monitoring mission of the work of carrying out PEA of storage capacity of at least 10 m3 on the period from 2021 to 2023 of an amount equal to at least one hundred million (50,000,000) CFA francs excluding VAT; b) having carried out at least one (01) control and surveillance mission of the construction work of stores with a storage capacity of at least 40 tonnes each over the period from 2021 to 2023 for an amount equal to at least one hundred million (50,000,000) F CFA excluding VAT.
