- Together, the World Bank-sEnergy and Extractives Global Department and the Equity, Finance andInstitutions Global Department are seeking a firm to design and deliver areal-time monthly monitoring report on illicit gold flows in select countriesof West Africa and Sahel. The outputs are intended for internal use by theWorld Bank to better understand the flows of illicit gold and to provide anevidence base for designing future interventions for sustainable development inthe sector. Given the linkages in gold trade across the region, this assignmentwill cover the following countries: Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso, Chad andNiger.
