- The services provided for this contract include: (i) assess the degree of compliance with the provisions of the donation agreement, including the law, regulations and national procedures, the environmental and social requirements of the bank; (ii) identify cases of non-conformities, good practices and shortcomings in the implementation of mitigation measures and the environmental and social monitoring and monitoring system; (iii) propose if necessary a corrective action plan in response to the non-conformities identified and possibly the impacts and risks not provided and which occur during the implementation, with a schedule of implementation as well as an estimate of their costs.
