- The services provided for this contract include: (i) Establish an inventory of the management of emptying sludge (BV) and a market analysis (supply/request) of the sector in the 05 rural communes; (ii) propose the criteria of choice and the choice of the widening site; (ii) propose variants of developments and technologies for treatment sludge in the 05 rural communes; (iv) Carry out the summary (APS), detailed preliminary draft (APD) preliminary (APD) studies, accompanied by economic and financial analyzes for the construction of a controlled unhappy site for the treatment and valuation of drain sludge in each of the 05 municipalities; (v) carrying out environmental and social impact studies with an environmental and social management plan, including possibly the resettlement action plan (if necessary); (VI) Develop the call for tenders for carrying out the work for each municipality on the basis of the APD studies carried out.
