- Tenders are invited for Final External Evaluation ARPEJ. Within the framework of a Program Agreement financed by the AFD, we wish to carry out an external evaluation of phase I of the ARPEJ program (Regional Approach for the Protection of Children and Youth) carried out with the SOS Villages of Children from Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire and Togo and EQUIPOP. The aim being to: -draw up good practices, areas for improvement with regard to behavioral changes induced by the program -identify recommendations that could be included in phase II of the CP ARPEJ.
