Tenders are invited for Development of the Unloading Platform at the Level of the Biogas Uni Eligible and interested Candidates can obtain additional information and consult the price request file free of charge in the offices of the Markets Department located at the ONEA headquarters, 220 Avenue de ONEA, sector 12 (Pissy), Tel: (+226) 25 43 19 00 to 08, every working day and at the following times: from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. 6. Any Eligible Candidate, interested in this notice, must withdraw a complete set of the price request file from the treasury department of the Financial Department, ONEA headquarters, 220 Avenue de L'ONEA, sector 12 (Pissy), Tel: ( +226) 25 43 19 00 to 08, every working day and at the following times: from 7.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and upon payment of a nonrefundable amount seventy-five thousand (75,000) FCFA for lot1 and fifty thousand (50,000) F CFA for lot2. In the event of sending by post or other form of mail, the Person Responsible for Contracts cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the price request file by the Candidate. 7. The offers presented in one (01) original and three (03) copies, in accordance with the specific data of the price request, and accompanied by a tender guarantee in the amount of one million (1,000,000) FCFA for lot1 and for lot2 an amount of seven hundred thousand (700,000) FCFA must reach or be delivered to the “mail arrival” Secretariat of the General Directorate of ONEA, 220 Avenue de ONEA, sector 12 (Pissy), Tel: (+226) 25 43 19 00 to 08 before 21/05/2021 at 09:00 a.m. local time. 8. The opening of the bids will be made immediately in the presence of the Candidates who wish to attend.
