Description:
The Embassy needs a Consultant to carry out audits for the "Strategic Framework for Niger 2023-2027" program.
The objective of the Service is to receive the opinion of the independent auditors on the financial statements with regard to the use of the grant and to confirm that thes Danida funds have been used for their intended purposes in an efficient and economical manner in accordance with the financing agreements between Danida and Niger and the financial regulations and directives.
The Consultant must examine whether the financial statements of the activities financed present fairly, inall material aspects thereof, revenues received, costs incurred, and products and technical assistance purchased directly under the program for the period audited, in accordance with the terms of the agreements and generally accepted accounting principles or other accounting bases.global accounts, and report thereon.
