As part of the reform initiated by the Government to modernize and professionalize the livestock-meat sector, FAO is providing financial support for the rehabilitation of the Bobo Dioulasso refrigerated slaughterhouse, in order to bring it up to standard. minimum techniques required for slaughtering and preparing meat. The purpose of this DAO is to define on a technical level, the elements and criteria to be taken into account in order to initiate the first actions to rehabilitate the slaughterhouse.
