- As part of its mission to support the government of Burkina Faso, FAO is implementing a series of emergency or development projects, each with an important structuring component. These include, among others, Projects: GCP/BKF/081/AUS: “Project to support improving income for the socio-economic empowerment of young people and women in the Hauts-Bassins and Boucle du Mouhoun regions"In order to achieve the objectives of these projects, market garden farms were planned to provide significant support sustainable agricultural production and increase access to food in the short term and safeguard the food security of vulnerable households.
