Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultant - Mid-Term Project Evaluation / Projects “for a Happy Early Childhood” Experience · 7 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of development and emergency project management, results-based monitoring and evaluation; · Experience in using evaluation methodology; · Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; · Knowledge of the Burkina Faso context in terms of early childhood education and protection, particularly in the context of crisis; · Experience with Asmae Burkina and a good knowledge of its mandate would also be an asset. Technical skills : · Mastery of participatory techniques and other approaches to data collection and analysis; · Demonstrates proven technical knowledge to assume the responsibilities and requirements of the position; · Good knowledge and proven experience of working on early childhood care and education issues; · Knowledge of results-based management principles; · Able to analyze and collect quantitative and qualitative data; · Demonstrated skills in rapid assessment techniques.
