• Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Design Office to Carry out the Mission of Monitoring, Control and Coordination of the Construction Works of an R+1 Administrative Building for the Research and Development of the Kokologho Pharmaceutical Technology Park. 1. This call for Expressions of Interest follows the adoption of the Public Procurement Plan, FY2023 of Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI). 2. The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation through the General Directorate of Research and Innovation (DGRI), obtained within the framework of the State budget for fiscal years 2023 and 2024, funds in order to finance the realization of the works of construction of an R+1 administrative building of the research and development center of the Kokologho pharmaceutical technopole, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the intellectual services contract for " recruitment of a firm or a design office or a group of design offices with a view to carrying out the mission of monitoring, control and coordination of the construction works of an administrative building R+1 of the pole of research and development of the pharmaceutical technopole of Kokologho”. 3.
