*Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) Search for a person to work as an outdoor employee. You will find below a summary of the work to be carried out: • Identify institutional policies, regulations and mechanisms influencing the construction sector; • Analyze constraints and structural opportunities ; • Develop a cartography of key players and their roles (public, private, financial, professional); • Evaluate training devices and their adequacy to market needs; • Compare HIMO (high internsplant (high intensity of labor) projects) and HIEQ (high intensity in equipment); • Appreciate The cultivation of evaluation of impacts on employment in investment projects; • Make strategic recommendations for public authorities and technical and financial partners in terms of: • Proposals for political and regulatory reforms to stimulate productivity and Decent employment; • Concrete actions to improve working conditions in construction. • Strategies for promoting construction and development of suitable skills.
