- This study mainly aims to make operational the various networks of data collection and information on water resources in the Volta basin and to strengthen the capacities of its observatory. In general, this study should make it possible to identify and carry out adequate actions to effectively strengthen environmental monitoring as well as the deepening of the knowledge of water resources both surface and underground in quantity and quality in the basin of the Volta.
