- The West African Health Organization (OOAS) has received funding from the African Development Bank group below called "the bank" as part of the memorandum of understanding dated November 19, 2020 between the Republic of Mali And the bank, in order to finance the exceptional emergency project in favor of low-income countries members of ECCEAO and strengthening the health systems of Gambia, Mali and Niger to fight the Pandemic of COVID-19 ; And intends to use part of this donation to make payments for the acquisition of IT and office equipment for the strengthening of Mali's health systems.
