Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Computer Consumables for the Benefit of the MTDPCE. 5- Any eligible Candidate, interested in this notice, must collect a complete set of the price request file from the Management secretariat, of Public Procurement of the Ministry of Digital Transition, Posts and Electronic Communications located in the Armelle building (project ZACA), 01 BP 5175 Ouagadougou 01, Tel +226 25 49 01 38 and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of forty thousand (40,000) CFA francs with the Manager of the General Directorate of Market Control and Financial Commitments (DG-CMEF) located at 395 Avenue Flo Chi Minh Tel: 50-32-47-76. Offers presented in one original and three (03) copies, in accordance with the specific details of the price request, and accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of seven hundred thousand (700,000) CFA francs must be received or be delivered to the following address: secretariat of the Public Procurement Department of the Ministry of Digital Transition, Posts and Electronic Communications located at the Armelle building (ZACA project), 01 BP 5175 Ouagadougou 01, Tel +226 25-49-01-38, before 03/29/2024 at 9:00 a.m. The opening of--------- folds will be made immediately in the presence of the Candidates who wish to attend. The acquisitions are in a single lot for a forecast amount of forty-eight million (48,000,000) CFA francs including tax.
